Happy Christmas to everyone!

Here are my latest Percy and Penelope christmas cards and classic range.

The penguins are great, and the glittered paper stack to accompany them was lovely to work with, I was very pleased with the finished results.

I also purchased the Classic christmas range of diecut postage stamps, which I've mounted in an aperture, using Dovecraft Christmas papers and Forever Friends left over from last year.

I have also started on some Woodland Folk cards, which I will put on January's post.

I would like to wish all the people that have looked on my site, friends and family, a very Happy Christmas.

Here are my Forever Friends Cosy Christmas cards.

The Papermania paper stacks and ultimate decoupage set are really cute and great to work with.  I have made several for the Cancer Research shops.  Lets hope that they sell well.

I have recently purchased the November issue of the Creativity magazine and it mentions that the Create for Life Campaign is to continue into 2011 which is great news!  Also the new products which will be coming out in January look really nice, for example Country Companions and cup cakes.

October Already!

I thought Hawthorn and Bramble would be very appropriate for this month - getting ready for hibernation!

I bought the ultimate card making kit, and found it good value for money, and came up with these designs, which turned out really well, so much so that I made a few extra for my Mum who fell in love with them.  I also put several in the Cancer Research shops.

At the moment I am working on Forever Friends Christmas cards, purchasing the 6x6 cosy christmas paper pack and the ultimate A4 collectors pack, which is also good value for money and very cute.  So far have made eight cards, some of which I will put on next months post.

This month, here are some handmade cards for the girls - some fashionable shoes and the little black dress!

I loved making these, as they turned out really well.  With the shoe cards I used paper from Claire Curds Signature range, which really complimented the colours.

On the little black dress cards, the background paper is a  pink spotty, as it was a perfect match as well.  I have made several of these  for the Cancer Research shops.

On  the September Creativity Magazine, it says on the back page that Christmas cards are now welcome in the CRUK shops, so I am at present making some Percy and Penelope penguin ones, which I will put on this website in due course!

This month I have used the Henbury Lane collection.  The papers are very pretty and summery, some of which are glittered.

I also used the die cut sheets, which are easy to mount on foam pads, and stand out beautifully against the papers.

I am very pleased with the way they have turned out, and have made plenty for the Cancer Research shops, to which I enjoy donating.

July already, where is the year going!

This month I thought would be for 'cupcakes' as they seem to be popular at the moment, as they are pretty and delicious.

Here are a few of my designs, which actually look good enough to eat!

On this first card I have created a square aperture, to make the cupcake stand out.

It's a Man's World, very appropriate for this time of the month, as it will soon be Father's Day!

I had great fun making these, loved Claire Curd's designs, the decoupage kits are fun to work with.

The expressions on the characters faces are funny and the papers matched perfectly with them.

I have made a lot of these for the Cancer Research shop, here in Morpeth, and have also made some for the Cancer Research shop in Paddock Wood, near Tonbridge, as my sister and husband live there, so I put them in the post, and she takes them along to the shop for me.

So come on all you cardmakers and have a go, I'm sure your generosity will be much appreciated.

Here is a selection of cards made with Trimcrafts Pepper and Friends paper stack, which is great fun to use.

Some of the papers are  with a glittered texture making the card more luxurious.  Peppers little friends are delightful and fun to mount with the background papers.

Happy Easter!

Here is a selection of handmade Easter cards that I've made using Honey & Hugs 6 x 6 Paperstack.

I thought the images were very appropriate for Spring, as they include lots of endearing baby animals!

Here are six new cards I have made for the Cancer Research Uk 'Craft for life' appeal.  Anyone can make them, and give them to CRUK to sell for £1 towards their funds. Take a look in your local CRUK shop!

The papers I've used are from Forever Friends Pink Parfait - it's very pretty and easy to use, ideal for Mother Day and general birthdays.

Here are some of my latest Valentine cards.

I will be taking a lot of cards to the local Cancer Research UK shop, to sell as part of the 2010 Docrafts Creativity Charity campaign. Details can be found at www.docrafts.com for anyone who wants to help!

Papers came from Forever Friends All Loved Up and With Love paper stacks.
