Here are my new makes for September.
To start off with my owl cards are made with Marianne Designs Collectables owl die, which is great to use, you can make the owl in so many different colourways and layouts which attracted me to him. As you can see from the two cards how I have made the owl and mounted him in two different ways.
The second cards are made using Sizzix Thinlits 'Best Friend's die, where you can cut out the die in so many colours and then cut out the relevant pieces to place on top of the original white cut out, it takes a lot of cutting and gluing, but I think it is worth it for the finished result which is cute.
The papers that I have used for the owl cards are from The Works and for the dog cards, Trimcrafts Leyton paper pack, using dark blue and white card. To make the frames for the owls I used Spellbinders Card Creator square nesting dies. The first branch die is by Memory Box and the second branch die came from Ebay.
